So the standard Method Purchase Order screen has a grid related to the PurchaseOrderLineItem table. This grid has a Rates column, which seems to be tied to the price of the item, not its cost.

If you copy a screen from a location where it doesn't work and make the changes on the account where you want it to work and click publish, then it should make the default value on the current screen.

1. If you right click on the logo that you want to upload to the portal, is it showing as a height of 48 pixels?
