Last night our customer portal said it was down for service for 10 minutes. This persisted for more than 14 hours.

What you could do is you can open up the report name Sales Order (Custom) and rename the report. You can then remove the [SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.Item], [SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.Quantity], [SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.UnitOfMeasure], [SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.Rate], and [SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.Amount] fields.

Ah, I see, it's referring to the same "Item Group" that you can create in QB. I believe in QB it also lists the group item as a separate line item.

Just wanted to give you an update for the SalesOrderLineGroupRecordID. The group item will still be shown on the sales order as a separate line item. This is also applicable to the invoice for the InvoiceLineGroupRecordID.
