Hi Steven These can easily be accomplished by writing a small program that updates each record as not waiting for sync approval.

We have thousands of entries that are waiting for approval in the Non-Posted TimeTracking grid under the Post to QB tab. Is there a quick way to uncheck the checkbox in the "Wait for Sync Approval" field inside each time tracking entry?

Agreed - the benefits for everyone do certainly outweigh the costs of a little confusion.....and we're learning too about how to make the versioning less confusing.
