In the new Invoice, Estimates, and Sales Order screens that are now enabled on your account after the upgrade, we no longer have the checkbox for the Rep column available as an option to show on the respective existing transactions table. The dropdown thought for the Rep is still available for those screens.

The filter does not work when selecting 'My Active Customers...' although the customers are assigned to specific sales reps. The filter only works when a 'Shared Customer' option is selected.
How should I go about correcting the problem?

It is a customized screen, but we haven't changed anything on that screen in months.

Hi Dave,
Can you please tell me if this is happening on an original Method screen or a customized screen? You can find that out by hovering the mouse pointer over the tab link which this screen is attached to. The original screen would be formatted in this fashion:
(name of screen) from TemplateOnlineCRMQBDesktop ...

I just started seeing this issue. If I pull up a different order I see the regual "&" in the address field, however some coversion/formatting is now being done on the back end and I see the "&". Older orders with the "&" are fine, it's only the new ones where I am seeing this issue. Can ...
