Ah, I see, it's referring to the same "Item Group" that you can create in QB. I believe in QB it also lists the group item as a separate line item. Thanks for the quick response!

Hi smohyee, The SalesOrderLineGroupRecordID represents the item group that you have created which represents several individual records IDs that you would not like to place individually on a sales order. This is also applicable to the invoice and its InvoiceLineGroupRecordID. I hope that this helps. Ronen    

Yeah, that's what I meant by "we're working towards....".   The platform supports it.  The CRM app, however, doesn't. The standard screens need to be updated to support this new feature.  Reason being, they need to specify the contact id, otherwise it doesn't know which email address to put in. ...

ok i see where there is now a checkbox under customize/portals/contact portals and i put a check in that box did a test but it's still asking for an email address....
