I looked at the detail header in fieldservice_workorder and it does not contain anything for the contact information, only company name. I added the fields for the contact information to a test report and nothing shows. i have data in those fields in my customer list. Any ideas?

I was able to replicate this. Seems when you update or save it doesn't like the COGS for some reason. I'm able to use other account types though…what about you? Let me look further into this before I post back here.

If you make a copy of the Invoice screen (sounds like you had this part done) you can edit the grid and follow the wizard until you reach step 2 of 9.
