I don't believe this was ever working properly in portals, it does work properly in Method Full Blown.

Ronen, Correct me if I'm wrong, but it would have to be after the override action right?  Otherwise the screen doesn't know that the user has the rights to see all data? Thanks, Kevin

ok I noticed in the method integrator it was complaing that I need to do a batabase repair in QB. So i did that, did a full sync with Quickbook winning and now when I try to delete the contact I get a different message, "cant delete this is the quickbooks alt contact" So i go into quickbooks remove it, select quick books wins again and ...

Hi csmp,  The buttons should look exactly like the Chrome edition if you are signing into Method in IE 9. If your computer however is running Windows XP, then the highest version of IE that you can download is IE 8.  I hope that this helps.  Ronen
