Why no Mac version? This makes Method less practical for us, obviously.

The Report Designer is still Windows only, yes.
Keep in mind we do have a dedicated Professional Services team who is here to help if you would like any Reports designed!

I just jumped into your account and it looks like you've since been able to resolve this one - I see a couple of copied versions in there.
To Double check - I made a copy called SchedInv_CopyWorkOrder(MethodSupportTest) and it brought the actions over successfully.

Out of Curiosity - what specifically would you be using the GPS data for? You mention Time Tracking - were you referring to tracking travel time?

You can store the birthday in the BirthDate field on the customer table, then setup a screen or dashboard to remind you of those birthdays. Could just be a show message action that lists the birthdays on the current date.

Sorry for the late reply here. You could design a PDF using the Report Designer and print the PDF. In the Report Designer, you can set the paper size on the report settings and likely get the right size.
