Hi smohyee,
When you create an invoice from either an Estimate or a Sales Order in Method, you need to indicate a quantity amount of at least 1 in order for the invoice to be generated.
As a result, the report won't be generated with just the description of the item without the other invoice information such as the item code, the ...

Hi cpitts,
In the new screen for Method CRM Pro for the Invoices screen (QuickBooks_Invoice from TemplateOnlineCRMQBDesktop (#374)), when you click on Edit on the InvoiceList grid, in Step 2 of 9: Grid Columns, when you select the dropdown for the Field selection, you need to choose the SalesRep field which will add the column to the grid.

Okay....I'm seeing some very weird behavior now.
I have a custom tab that uses the Show/Hide Tab Link action. As soon as I load that tab, my Customers tab and it's Show/Hide Tab Link actions work just fine.

WTF?
Don't think I did anything but logout/logout again (I do that a lot while I'm customizing anyway) and the Edit Customer tab seems to be showing with the correctly renamed title now.
Next issue....
Thx

When I'm logged in (I'm the account admin), choosing 'Go To...' on the Customer list screen shows and renames the Edit Customer tab just fine.
When other non-admin users are logged in, clicking 'Go To...' will load the Edit Customer screen just fine, but the tab link title doesn't get renamed. It's just a blank ...

I guess it's just the nature of data driven applications (from a single source db) with no abstractions in between. It just makes for a very long tail when attempting to customize and change things.

Hi Blake C,
When you have a dropdown type field in the table, you always have to delete the field if you want break the current link to the current field and relink to a new field within the table.
You should be ok for the Activity, Opportunity, and Case tables, because by default they don't have the SalesRep dropdown unless you want ...
