This issue should already be resolved in IE 8. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue by sending me a screenshot to r.gaisiner@methodintegration.com. If you have Windows 7, you should be able to download IE 9, and this issue would be resolved.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it would have to be after the override action right? Otherwise the screen doesn't know that the user has the rights to see all data?
