Hi CatWineUSA, The first thing that I would recommend for you to do is to review the webinars that can teach you how to customize Method under the heading of Customization here. Here is my recommendation for the following requirements: 1. "Best Selling" "Pour Wines" and "Other Wines" (dropdown) To ...

  • customizing the customer/lead screen

Forgive me, but I'm doing this for the first time. I want to make some changes to the customer (and lead) screen and mobile customer screen. Specifically, I want to add the following fields: Best Selling or Pour Wines (drop down) Other Wines (drop down) Store Hours Primary Contact Hours Key Staff Names I'd also like ...

  • Re: Section Display Issue

Ronen, I just had the same thing happen on a different section. It appears that if you add blank rows to the end of the screen, and then delete some, the 'deleted' ones move to this new extra screen area, and can't be removed. Rolf

  • Re: Section Display Issue

Hi Ronen, This has only happened in the first section. The number of rows varies, but never exceeds 15, which unfortunately, is the maximum allowed. However, in testing it a bit more, I've found that if I add rows to the real section (only possible with the section on ;'show', as indicated previously) a few rows were ...

Hi Rolf, I have some questions: 1. How many rows are you adding to the first section? 2. Does this happen only to the first section or to the other 9 sections? Ronen

  • Section Display Issue

I've just come across a problem, which upon further checking, occurs in both the January and December versions. I have a customized screen with 10 sections. In the customizing editor, when the first sections is set to "show", some rows at the bottom of the section do not display on the screen, and this occurs whether or not ...

  • Re: Customer Payment Portal

I am not quite sure about the error message but I know that it wouldn't allow certain customers to pay. One customer was using AMEX and it said it couldn't processes their card. As I logged in to check it I noticed that the the drop down to select a card type just says "credit card" it doesn't have any other selections ...

  • Character function problem

I'm using the character functions Find Character, Get Right and Get Left (with the January version) to extract a customer's first and last names from the field 'Customer Name', which we use in the form LastName,FirstName. The functions have two problems that I've noticed: 1. When I edit ...
