Thanks guys. I think there must be a direct way to troubleshoot this, if we can figure out what QB is looking for when it updates the Invoiced QTY on the Sales Order Line and inspect the Sales Order Line Item records and Invoice Line Item records from QB.

pdirect - can you please try to delete the tab again from the tab group in your account? This issue should be resolved now.

Good day Method
Issue 1 - customer shows up as active in Quickbooks but not in Method.
I have tried to resolve this by doing
tried 3 different searches (ex Job "went off Highway", I did "went", "off", "High")
I have changed my filters to shared, not active, etc
double check that I have shared access ...
