There is no way to disable a portal. Are the customers being sent emails with the portal link in them from Method? Hi there. We use exchange internally and do not have POP enabled. I recommend checking the server to see if your settings are set up to allow for authenticated users to send emails.

Hi there,
Gmail keeps signing me out right after I open an email from one of our employees. It only seems to occur when I open his emails, and it seems to be right after the gmail gagdet loads, indicating that there is no associated contact. Is this an issue that has been reported before?
