Good day Method Issue 1 - customer shows up as active in Quickbooks but not in Method. I have tried to resolve this by doing tried 3 different searches (ex Job "went off Highway", I did "went", "off", "High") I have changed my filters to shared, not active, etc double check that I have shared access ...

I'll create a ticket internally and get this looked into for you. I wish I could hide the tab.  I believe the support user is already enabled.

Without research, I was never notified what the documents tab was, how it worked, what the storage limits were, etc.  And I already did what you recommended, but nothing shows up to remove.  It only allows additions.  If I could send a screenshot, I would.
