Hi cpitts,  If you go to Customers > Sales Orders and you hover your mouse pointer over the Sales Orders tab link, can you please tell me what is written in the rectangle box that comes up? I just want to make sure that the "Create Invoice..." button is still working properly on the original screen.  Ronen

Thanks. So I was able to get my invoice and sales order tab to the default online templates, but the issue is still there now.  Going to the (online template version-) Sales Order screen, selecting one of our SO's, and clicking on Create Invoice. Once to the next window, I selected all my items and clicked Next.  And then this same ...

Hi cpitts, In order to direct the Invoices tab link to the original invoice screen you need to do the following: Go to Customize > Tabs For the Customers tab, click on Edit Tab Links... For the Invoices tab link name, make sure that the dropdown selection under the Opens Screen is "QuickBooks_Invoice" I hope that ...

  • Re: Question about dropdown choice.

Hi viret56,  These are the steps that I recommend that you take to add the dropdown field successfully to the Estimate screen: Go to Customise > Screens. Select the copy of the estimate screen. In the designer, click on Add Objects tab. Select the object Dropdown1 and drag that into the designer screen. Click on ...

Ok.  I checked into that, but the Create Invoice screen didn't have a start loop through grid action in it...and I'm not knowledgeable about that back end. Can you refresh me on how to make a Method default screen publish over the customized one currently live?

  • Re: Question about dropdown choice.

So the 'Dropdown' I am looking at is a field rather than an object.  The table it is linked to is 'Customer'.  The first column field was orginally blank, but after editing the dropdown I noticed it is now 'ParentFullName via Customer', which produces all blank entries in the first column ...

  • Re: Customer-Name field in web to lead forms

Hi Sunny- [quote user="Sunny"] The Customer-Name field in web to lead forms I assume is mandatory because of the way QBOE is set up - I suppose it can be hidden and not relevant to the customer - is this correct? Also the docs say to use : Example: '2_FirstName'+' '+'2_LastName' is an example of valid formula ...

  • Re: Date problem when submitting

Peet- I am going to look into this further and get back to you. One temporary fix is to create a temporary field for the date as a text field to just store a date as a text and once the lead is created update it manually. -Michael
