also i've looked in the area that sends emails under estimates, and i've gone to add new etc. and i see the tab for default pdf templates but nothing that shows how to actually edit that email template and include an attachment can you be more specific please? :)

but so how do i get it under payment type to show Visa, master, discover, amex currently mine in the drop down just says credit card because i believe it only gives you room to add one set of verbiage when you set it up in the gateway area?   Also why wouldn't just sending them a custom link be a secure transaction? Aaron- What exactly is the error message that they are getting? The payment types are populated from what you have setup under Customize > My Account > Payment Gateways -Michael

Nicole- Something like this could be done using Portals. You could create a customized Portal for surveys and send out that portal link to your customers and have them fill out that survey. That survey info would all be stored in a table which means you can then manipulate it as needed. -Michael

In Method go to Customize > Tab groups it will list all the tab groups that currently exist you should see a checkbox for design reports. Matt - Just want to let you know that this is now available on the January version site.  In fact, checking this read-only checkbox on the January version and then running Method in the December version would still work, since Method know how to publish a read-only picture/attachment object on that version, it just didn't let you set ...

John- They are currently only desktop features. I will see if there has been a suggestion put in to have it avalible for mobile and if not I will add the suggestion. -Michael
