viret56- I just tested it again and it worked. Maybe its the filename or file type for the image. Is there any special characters in the name of the image? Also make sure that you have the right template selected. -Michael

 I have done as you said.  I clicked on >, then ..., then selected an image from my C: drive.  The image appears in the Report Designer.  I see the image when I preview within Report Designer.  I saved, then I used my Method CRM account to see the live report in print preview.  No image! viret56- Does the image have to always be off your harddrive? You can actually save the image to the report. When you drag an image object onto the report select it and click the  > that should appear, click ... for Image and select an image. -Michael  

We are having trouble with the payment portal. When customers login using their email addresses they cannot select the payment type (i.e. - Visa, Mastercard, etc). Greetings. Here is somthing, if possible, for the suggestion box.  The abiliy to merge invoices into one invoice.  I have a mowing client with 10 properties, he would like to see just one itemized invoice instead of 10 pages of invoices. Thanks! John M
