Method Community

I'm looking for the easiest way of sending an email template from a mobile screen. It will be a custom template for emailing work order details to a customer. I've had a look at the send mail events and actions on the 'CRM_NewActivity' screen, but these seem over complicated for what I need. Thanks.

HP - What you are doing is certainly possible, so it is probably something very small. We can have a look for you.  If you want to email the excel file to us at method@methodintegration.com, we can take a look at it and tell you what the problem is and how to correct it. Paul

Hi LaG, If this happening on a standard screen? If so what screen is it? If you edit that screen what is action 48?(based on the error I think its the Send Email action). Are you able to send any other emails through Method? -Michael

Unfortunately not yet. Since this is back from 2013, I'll put in a new feature request in with our development team. -- Mortaza
