When I create a new recurring work order, and go to insert the occurrences, all the occurences from the previous work order are there, is this normal?

What will be the best way to accomplish this? In our current software we schedule work orders to renew automatically and we try to upsell to our customers by scheduling work orders on "estimate status" this are services that we want them to consider, but not have them yet. At the end of the season we sent our renewals letter, with 2 ...

Can the activity calendar be filter to see only one type of activities, for example only meetings.

But if I do that, everytime I edit the series will make changes in all occurrences? For example after the series was created, I want to go back and change either the price, or crew, or est time, ect?

sorry, I did not explain it, send work order to the calendar from the waiting list but not one by one

How do you send multiples work orders to the calendar at once?

Can a recurring series be change back to a one time work order?

Can this be cuztomize?, since all our occurences are the same, they don't change. Can it be so everytime you edit the series, it will affect all the occurrences, this would help me a lot

How can I change the price on all occurrences from a series? The software that use now when you edit the series, the changes affect all the ocurrences, what is the point of editing the series then?
