I just tried making some test campaigns in my own account and everything appeared to be working as intended for me.

Hi Jack,
You'll need to change the 'Quotes field' Dropdown from CustomerID_RecordID to just CustomerID. Other than that, everything looks good :)

Have you Set up the Record Summary in the Quotes App? The Record Summary shows How the individual 'Quote' Records will be displayed on App Ribbons, and not setting this up will cause a Parsing error to occur when clicking the app ribbon itself.

We are very close to a resolution here. We believe we have fixed the issue from happening in future, but this new screen may have fallen into a fringe case we havent tested for.
