  • Default Date Format?

    Hey all, I'm trying to set a default due date for a specific type of activity. Whenever I try to put a default date into the control, the screen has an error and doesn't load.  I'd like to use Dec 31, 11:59PM as the default date. What format should I do this in to not cause an error? Thanks!

    After doing some tests I think you are correct, it was a race case. I was only initially saving the first name and name fields to the Method Customer object, so it makes sense that those fields would not get overwritten, but the other three which I was not entering would.   • Import Errors

    I have been trying to import leads into method but on some i get an error that says: Error:Save Warning: The Customer/Employee/Vendor/OtherName could not be sent to QuickBooks. This Name is already in use. Please edit the Name so that it is unique and save again. How do I fix this and import all of my leads?
