smohyee- What you are trying to do can't be done with filters on a drop down. You just need to recreate that drop down based off the Initial field in the SalesRep table. nevermind. i figured it out

I successfuly created and added new fields.  However, I'd like to add another option to my drop down list.  You mentioned that a screen is created where I can do that.  I've gone to edit that screen and have clicked to edit the grid but can't seem to see where I can add additional options.

I appreciate your help.  What you are saying makes sense.  However, I don't know how to link the fields via the entity table.
