You wouldn't need to edit the screen just View the screen, and add new values while viewing the screen.

What you are trying to do can't be done with filters on a drop down. You just need to recreate that drop down based off the Initial field in the SalesRep table.

Argh. Was hoping I could get access to the name of the report when generating it on the fly. I successfuly created and added new fields. However, I'd like to add another option to my drop down list. You mentioned that a screen is created where I can do that. I've gone to edit that screen and have clicked to edit the grid but can't seem to see where I can add additional options.
