Right now, one of the options provided by the plug-in allows me to add an email to an existing case #, or to a new case. If the email has a file attachment, it is currently ignored by Method - if I want to upload the attachment, I'll have to do it separately via Method in my web browser. There is currently no way to export images from Method using the import/export function. It is possible thought to create an html report with all of the images, but I haven't tested it.

happening is most likely because you renamed your tab/tab links.

I export my Method file quite often in CSV format so I can access a backup when I need it. SInce this is .csv, I cannot backup the picture files. How do I back up the complete file? I want to do complete backups in the event of disaster -- I am about to upgrade my QuickBooks file and I have a history of strange things happening.

Hey thank you very much, we thought it may have been but just wanted to be sure.

I figured it out. I needed to go to add fields instead of add objects on the customization page. I deleted the Objects I had added then readded them as fields, published the changes and then logged out and back in. Did a test and it works perfectly.
