  • Invoice screen error

    On the Invoice screen in both desktop and online I am receiving an action error when selecting customize template from the print button under the existing invoices grid.

  • Refresh Grid not working

    Hi, I am trying to refresh the Grid after deleting a row from the Table but the grid is not getting refreshed. Is there any problem in refreshing the grid. &nbsp; The actions i am using is 1.     I was referring to customizing the screen. &nbsp;I like that better than using Search. &nbsp;Which screen(s) exactly are the ones that I would need to customize? Is is CustomerList, LeadList, and OpportunityList? &nbsp;I&#39;ve tried editing those screen and I&#39;m not seeing how to add a new column (or remove exiting columns for that matter).

    &nbsp;Could not add/edit the ReceivePayment &#39;3675&#39;.     Hi Method, Right now, one of the options provided by the plug-in allows me to add an email to an existing case #, or to a new case. If the email has a file attachment, it is currently ignored by Method - if I want to upload the attachment, I&#39;ll have to do it separately via Method in my web browser.     Hi Shelley,&nbsp; There is currently no way to export images from Method using the import/export function. It is possible thought to create an html report with all of the images, but I haven&#39;t tested it.&nbsp; All of your Method data is backed up daily by Rackspace which is where our servers are located and we have the ability to restore ...
