    Shaun- To create a custom drop down for your leads go to Customize &gt; Tables / Fields and click Edit fields... for the Customer table (A lead is just a type of customer) and add a Drop down type field.     pdirect- The link that Danny posted brings up a page for me. We have another forum user that I know of that uses ATT yahoo I will see if I can get in contact with them and see if they are having similiar issues and if they were able to resolve it. -Michael

    Shelley - Is this a standard screen, or a customized screen? If a standard screen, which one, is it CRM_EditCustomer, or a different one? If a customized screen, have you tried editing the screen, and re-publishing it? Paul
