Hi, I customized our Credit Memo with the option to 'Save & Email' and it is not sending an email. My first error was that Method was not finding the email template to send. Dave, I use to get that message when i was using win XP.  Shut down method the wait for 30 secs then shut down quickbooks and the issue went away.
