Just upgraded to the latest sync engine and it won't connect. All we got is "awaiting securte https connection". Any idea how we can resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi Alex,
The Error and screenshot you sent are usually indicitive of a record being Archived. There are a few reasons this can happen (like syncing with separate QuickBooks files - typically accompanied by conflicts as you mentioned), but its probably best we investigate this one offline together.

FIXED: For whatever reason QB had a diff. line item on the SO from Method. They happened to be diff item types. I have no idea how that would happen but it hosed me for a week on this particular issue.
To fix all this. I had to refetch from QB. At that point, the subject conflict cleared out replaced by a different conflict complaining about the ...

This doesn't make any sense. All the items on the sales order have empty Mfg Part Numbers so I don't understand what the problem is here. I need to invoice this order but can't b/c of this sync error

You can get the portal URL for a customer by looking at their record (click on their entry on the Contacts List screen.) There is a field for the Portal that has a link to "Share" which will bring up a pop-up window displaying the portal URL for that customer. You can copy the URL from the pop-up window.

i have created alot of custom screens for my business. Then once in a great while a screen will not work for no reason what so ever.
I would start at the button your pressing then look for anything that saves data to the table.
