Why would the "Mobile" field for customers from quickbooks be missing in my "Customers" table in Method AND when I try to add it, I get a message saying that it appears it is already in the table. It is not in the list of fields I see in the table. Thoughts?

Yeah, the problem was the version we were working in, didn't have that feature. We've since updated and all is well.

The Export to Grid action is just a function of the grid object itself. If you click on the grid object on the screen you can can enable options on the lefthand side of the screen under 'settings'. Currently you cannot modify the app ribbons and the related actions.
Spoke to our Product Development team and they have this feature on their roadmap and aim to release in the next couple months.

Unfortunately at this time our action tool does not have the ability to copy screens between apps. We are working on alternative solutions in the mean time to see if we can offer a work around and can share updates here when they are available.

We want to schedule routine backups of the QB file on our server. What is the best way to go about this? If the SyncEngine is running, a backup cannot take place correct? It also stops programs like Crashplan from saving the file because its "in use".
