Dave, I use to get that message when i was using win XP.  Shut down method the wait for 30 secs then shut down quickbooks and the issue went away.

So, it sounds like I'm missing a step somewhere.  1st I created a new field--LeadStage. Then I made a copy of the CRM_EditLead screen.
