I have three work ordres in field services work order list. Each of these work ordres say "not started" but if i go to field services calander it says "completed"

On a few work orders i am not going to renew some. I uncheck it but it keeps checking back.
Or do I delete the work order?

I understand how to edit screens. I have successfully edited a couple of other screens. However, when I get to the screens we are talking about I can't see any resemblance whatsoever to the actual scrren. I don't see any of the columns you see on the screen in order to add to or take away.

The best way to find out which screen a tab link is referring to is to hover the pointer over a tab where a pop-up message window will appear. Can you please tell me if the screen you are working with contains tab sections? We are currently experiencing an issue where the Refresh Grid/Clear Screen for new entry actions are not refreshing grids when tab sections exist on screen.
In the meantime, each grid should have an icon to manually refresh near the bottom right corner ...
