Greetings! I would like to check to find out if there were any compatibility issues with the newest release of QB Enterprise. When I upgraded to Ent V 2011, my entire database became disassociated -- all of my QB transactions lost their names! I was able to simply reconnect the backup with to Method using Ent 2010 with no more strange problems. ...

Dave, I use to get that message when i was using win XP.  Shut down method the wait for 30 secs then shut down quickbooks and the issue went away.
