That link you sent didn't work, but I was able to find another page on their site that says the smtp server address should be smtp.att.yahoo.com with port 465 . . . but that still fails to send correctly from the Method application but works with other applications.

I'm having trouble viewing the webinars on my mac. I've downloaded the latest components and codecs and can't view in Quicktime or VLC. Any suggestions? Is there another way to access these webinars?

Nevermind, I tried something different and got it to work. I think I'm figuring this out.
What are the key fields for opportunities and activites? I want to associate them with contacts--whether they be leads or customers.

Thank you. I exported a contact list and used the exact export to re-import having changed only the first and last name. This way and I can see if this test contact will associated with the right customer/lead. Entity, of course, matches the Entity I'm trying to add a contact to. Other irrelevant fields were marked as "do not ...

I think I'm getting on top of it now. It takes a combination of disabling the firewall and changing a setting in "Internet Options."
