I checked and this box was not checked on my test invoices. Once it was checked it did create the invoices. Then I got the idea to automate the check box. I've already discovered the ability to upload documents to Cases. The thing is, I can only seem to find it in the Case tab. And when I go into customization, I can't find the appropriate table/screen that controls uploaded files.

To be a bit more specific, you will need to customize the CRM_Home Dashboard screen.
On that screen you should see objects that have a piece of paper as their icon, if you edit those objects and go to step 2, you will see an AssignedTo filter, delete it.

Check the OnScreenLoad event actions for that screen, maybe it is using the Set View Filter action to set the filter view when the screen loads.

I will look into this further but the root cause is probably that the Method Sync is connected to the QuickBooks file which means its in use so it like having a user logged in.
