i can import info into the contactname field just fine but that doens't associate the opportunity with the right contact.  when i use the contacts field i get the following error: ERROR:Value 'Aaron Lombardo', which you tried to insert into column 'Contacts' of type Integer could not be interpreted as an Integer.

i'm trying to view the customization webinars. i need to create a custom field for leads.  my understanding is that leadstatus isn't customizable and i need to create something similar that has more options than method's default options. shaun

HI Navitha, Are you using the Export tool or exporting the grid via Method actions? Try reading this post (click here). If you are exporting it using the integration tool it will export raw data which includes time. What time zone are you in? What are the settings on your machine?
