Did you delete the checkbox from the grid or from the table itself?
This might be something that is best addressed by consulting time and since I believe you are an MSP you can contact Val, however if you can provide a bit more details I may be able to help you further.

What you are trying to do is possible using the Document Library. Method also has a field type call File Attachment which you can add to any table and use that field to store files.

Right now you can attach files to Opportunities under the Document tab section.
We do plan on changing how documents and attachments are organized in Method in the near future but I can't give you date on when exactly.
Where are you trying to attach an image? To a customer? To an invoice?

I am not able to install the Method Field Services, when I click the get app button nothing happens I already have Method Scheduling & Invoicing for QB Online, and I am still in the demo phase, is this an issue.

I checked and this box was not checked on my test invoices. Once it was checked it did create the invoices. Then I got the idea to automate the check box.
