Are you creating invoices from Work Orders? Are you getting an error message? Does this work on the November version of the site (Click November version at the bottom of the login page)?

The December 22 date you are seeing is for the November version of the site. There is no deadline to upgrade to the new CRM.

I was looking for the server address. For both office 365 and AT&T we have seen port 587 resolve this issue.

Try this:
Go to the New Activity Screen and click the ... next to the Status drop down. In the screen the pops up make sure that the Status Type for your Activity Types is setup correctly, the filter is set to only show Activity Statuses with a type that are pending.

I am working in the Method Full Blow Addition - we are primarily using the field service portion of the software - the data file has been established for a while - it has been customized but not recently - we are having problems with Method not creating the invoices on the Method side - so it obviously will not move the invoices into ...

Thanks Michael. Just an update, the temporary solution I mentioned (just clicking close) actually doesn't work in auto-populating the fields below for the ship to. It only allows you to fill in the drop down. I'll be on the lookout for the resolution on this thread. Thanks.

I saw something about a December 22 deadline. Is it still true that you are not required to update to the new version?

Can you please be more specific? Are you looking for addresses with usernames and passwords or just provider names? The providers are at&t and Microsoft office 365.

I think you will have to just disconnect the Sync engine from that computer when you are doing Payroll, that should resolve the issue. Once the engine is reconnected any changes made while it was disconnected will sync up.
