Greetings.
By the time i finish pressing the button on my mouse the screen is up and running. Very fast on my end here. I take it this is the new platform upgrade?

It looked like i had the Edit Cases and Case screen customized. So I made it so your default screens are now working. Two things happend,
1. I am getting a email that says, email sent failure alert.
2. in that sent failure alert email, the mini url takes me to the correct screen, The screen where i only have to enter ...

Did you also change the settings at the user level? Go to Customize > Users and make sure you have updated your email address on step 1 and make sure to also make changes on step 2 as required.

Let me look into this further. I took a quick look at the actions generating this it should only be requesting the email address to login for the contact. Maybe it has to do with the work around I suggested for multiple emails.

Normally 2 emails are sent out, one to the contact for the case and one to the user who is assigned to the case, the username and password it is requesting is in your case(Based on the link you emailed me) is the login for the Contact which will take them to the portal.

Thanks I got the website working now.
The Bill to problem is on the customer page, it automatically puts the Company Name into the first line of the Bill To field.

When i send a estimates or invoice or payments, the customer gets a email then presses on the mini url link and they are taken to a screen where they enter their email address. From there they can see their invoices, payments, estimates, and cases.

Anouther issues popped up. When i sent the case i got the email and it had a mini URL. When pressing it, it took me to a screen and asked for my email address and password. Is this becasue Method knows im the Admin? ...
