I saw something about a December 22 deadline.  Is it still true that you are not required to update to the new version?

Can you please be more specific? Are you looking for addresses with usernames and passwords or just provider names? The providers are at&t and Microsoft office 365.

Blake- I think you will have to just disconnect the Sync engine from that computer when you are doing Payroll, that should resolve the issue. Once the engine is reconnected any changes made while it was disconnected will sync up. -Michael

Hello,  I have a filter question I think.  Under the "dashboard" screen there is an "incomplete activities" line that references the activities for the logged in user.  Some of our activities get cancelled and they still show up on the list.  Only the "COMPLETED" activities seem to NOT show up on ...

Ivharris- If you edit the Reports on the screen all you would need to do is remove the filters for AssignedTo and it should show data for all users. -Michael

Ran into the error below when selecting from the "Ship to" drop down. I did, but that didn't fix it.  And I don't think both of our SMTP servers would be causing an error . .  with the SMTP servers from different providers.
