When our internal emails come into our Gmail, they all have the same subject so they get lumped together in gmail making it hard to reply and then track that reply within gmail. Is there any way to change the subject line to inlude the Customer's name so each email is individual?

No. I don't have a fix or work around for it. Just need the SendEmail action to work properly re: attaching a PDF file.

I want to allow users to attach any document on their computer to emails generated by Method, not just documents in the DocumentLibrary.

Are the html tags encoded? That would cause them to show up as html code rather than as a formatted body
