Try regenerating the InvoiceLIne table.
To do this:
Go to Customize > Tables / Fields
Click Edit Fields for the InvoiceLine table
Click Finished Editing FIelds
Then try the process again. If it is still happening, enable MethodSupport and give me the exact steps you are taking and I will take a look.

I made the Duration field visible, but I don't want to have to enter time in minutes. Is there a way to change that field to hours?
Or Is there a way to make the timer field visible and allow the user to manually enter the time in that field, even though the timer functionality doesn't work in mobile?

I will have to look further into this option for Portals but another alternative which I just tested and it does work is Go To Screen, Go To Screen loads another screen within your current screen.
