Method Community

Ok,  signed up for field services, entered the techs phone numbers and email addresses but when I enter a call on their calendar they don't get the call unless they log into the website.  Is there a way to set this up to send the calls to a mobile phone otherwise it's pretty useless for the techs.

mlepitt - we just did an update.  I know one of the things in there was to provide better error reporting.  I bet before the error was always happening, but just not alerting you, and was non crucial so you didn't notice.
