Method Community

Activities, opportunities, etc. was my main concern . . . although I would be interested to know what will happen to QB transactions that are in Method, but not in QB.

pdirect- What non-qb data are you referring to? Is it custom fields added to existing QB transactions or data like Activities, Opportunities Campagins? -Michael

mrjonboy- Are you using Method for QuickBooks online or Method for QuickBooks desktop? -Michael

John- From the November login page you should be able to click on Mobile login and login to the November mobile site. -Michael

MisterBill- Something like this could be possible with Method using the Portal, there is a flag for Opt out of marketing for contacts which could be what is used to determine who gets further emails from Method. As to how long it will take to implement something like this its really hard to say there are alot of variables and aspects that would ...

MisterBill- The only referal program we have is the MSP program. I believe it may be possible to have the the order generated by Google maps to transfer back to the Work Order list or maybe potentially the calendar but it would be quite a bit of work to get something like this to work. -Michael

Len- Take a look at the Activity table (Work orders are based off this table), you will see that the Ship address is a linked field from the entity which means the address will always be what ever the address you have setup for the customer. To change this you will need to add some new fields for address and use those in your work order. -Michael

Fred- This should be done in button that sends out the emails not in the list builder grid. -Michael

Fred- You do not need to do any linking. This new added field should be added to the insert action in the Fill customer button. -Michael
