when we click on save and new the dial just spins and spins. any suggestions?

Ok, signed up for field services, entered the techs phone numbers and email addresses but when I enter a call on their calendar they don't get the call unless they log into the website. Is there a way to set this up to send the calls to a mobile phone otherwise it's pretty useless for the techs.

I have a suggestion that I hope you implement. We found that Memo was a column added to the default Recent Transactions Portal Screen. This is a problem as it is accepted that memos in transactions are meant for internal communication only and are not expected to show on any order confirmations, therefore should also not show through ...

mlepitt - we just did an update. I know one of the things in there was to provide better error reporting. I bet before the error was always happening, but just not alerting you, and was non crucial so you didn't notice. So now it's doing a better of helping you detect an issue that was always there.

It was reported just this afternoon that an error was being received from picking an email template.
Please check the Retrieve Value From Table action and verify all the criteria are set properly.

To get this to work you would have to edit the CRM_ActivitiesList Screen and edit the actions found in the Header section edit the actions in the GoToEditActivity-DONOTSHOW button.
