Hi Paul - just checking in to see if anything has changed since April.  If Estimate > Invoice is still not a possiblity, will going from an Estimate to a Sales Order and then an Invoice reflect correctly in QuickBooks (with closing the estimate and then showing the sales order as invoiced)? Thanks!

Indeed, Michael - two years ago almost exactly to the day, I was wrestling with the same errors. I guess that suggests that one or both of us is consistent, at least. Thanks for the pointer.

lpierpont- I just created a copy of the CRM_ActivitiesList screen and on Step 5 of 9 when editing the grid I set it to 'Editing takes place directly in the grid' and I was able to make changes right in the grid.
