You can click on the Clear button for both conflicts and perform a Full-Sync done through Tab:Quickbooks > Tablink : Synchronize > click on Sync now.

It works. Did the sync then it showed in the payments section. Maybe put a note so outher people can know about this?

Please see MethodAPIActionSendToDesktopV2. This action will initiate a sync to QuickBooks for the provided record id.

After completing a work order and instructing the item to be billed, it is unclear how to effective generate the invoice in Quickbooks.
We have not been able to find a solution, can someone advise or direct me to the proper procedures for getting completeed workorders to sync and issue billable invoices.

Can you sync custom fields between Quickbooks Online and Method, or can the custom fields only exist in one or the other linked to the record (i.e. Customer)?

Hi andy,
Are you talking about the custom fields when adding/editing a customer record? If so, after creating a custom field in QuickBooks and performing a Full Sync, you can find the field in Method within the Customer table.

I've seen similar behavior. However, once a changes only or full sync happens with no conflicts, the sales order then shows as invoiced.

Well, overnight, after no PC reboot, the sync engine seems to be working again.
Were there issues yesterday?
