John- Normally 2 emails are sent out, one to the contact for the case and one to the user who is assigned to the case, the username and password it is requesting is in your case(Based on the link you emailed me) is the login for the Contact which will take them to the portal. -Michael

jeannetara- It may work but it would depends on the card swiper, if it reads each set of numbers(CC number/Expiry date) followed by a tab and you have the correct field in Method highlighted then I don't see why it won't work. -Michael
