Greetings,
Just wanted to double check. There is no way of copying or moving or printing out a paper copy of the buttons actions, correct? So I could transfer those the new buttons to the new account. I dont want to transfer or copy a screen, just the button.

Maybe the default templates email templates were changed.
If you go to the Invoice screen and click Print... > Customize Templates and click the Defaut Email Templates tab, do the templates here look correct?
Did the user make a Payment or Add/Edit a contact? Maybe they did and the wrong email template was set.

That worked. I did find that user logged in at 9:56PM and the email went out at 10:01PM, so I feel fairly certain somehow it was caused by an action by the user in the portal. He was overdue, so it was accurate - just poorly implemented.

If the AuditTrail export times out another option is to export the UserSignInLog table, it may have some of what you need as far as who logged in at the time of the email being sent.

You will have to recreate the Tab and all the tab links.
This may help however.
Below is a list of the setup of how the Activites tab should be, if you are using QuickBooks desktop the difference is that the screen name start with CRM_ instead of CRMQBO_

the problem is that i don't have an Activities tab. i had copied it to edit it, so I had an Activities tab and my own customized Activities tab. it seemed confusing, so I deleted the Activities tab and it's components. seems like it got rid of all those fields too? how do i get that tab back?
