John- In Method it is possible to create a PO from an estimate through customization, if you want to try doing this take a look at the Create Invoice button on the Sales Order screen for a guideline. -Michael

Thanks Paul.   For now I'll use a method side workaround by creating my own parent field. If and when this comes available, can you include it in the platform release notes?

Hey Michael, Its always showing up when I log in.  Screen name is Bill(3) If i upgrade to quickbooks permeir I can take a estimate and create a PO.  Thats my aim but wanted to do that within method. I am currently using quickbooks pro.   Thanks, John M

John- Does that screen name always show up? If so what is the screen name? It is possible to create a PO or an Estimate in Method from a sales order but it would involve customization and the newly created transctions would not be linked to the Sales Order. -Michael

Mark - best to add jobs directly in QBO for now.  Jobs just recently became available with the QBO API and we have voiced our concern over how it was handled.
