We have a new Method user who has been challenged by the search function. When she can't find a customer or lead, she enters it again. Either that or she creates a new record in Quickbooks rather than looking for the existing record in Method. We're getting quite proficient at merging customers in Quickbooks, which is fine, but ...

Some users may be having issues with deleted items showing up in transaction totals. We are aware of the issue and are on it.

You got the reports to work. Now when i send estimates and invoices with pdf attachments they are not working.
1. Generate report action>Action result name>resultInvoiceReport
2. Send Email action.Attachement location>Action>resultInvoiceReport
The reports show up on the screen but not as attachements.

Hi there John,
We are currently experiencing some intermittent issues with the Report Servers at the moment. Try again in 30 minutes or so and you should be good to go.
Our Engineers are actively working on a permanent fix as we speak, and we will be sure to keep you updated with the progress!

Is there somewhere I can customize the "Export Grid to PDF" action so that the PDF is Landscape and Fit Columns to one page? I have looked through Report Designer but can not find where the default report for this action is.
