Outstanding! I'm actually working from within a WordPress front end, but I'm sure there's useful structure in your code that would help answer some of the questions I'm having. I don't mean to sound frustrated, but I just keep hearing the same answers over and over which don't actually address my questions. I'm not sure ...

Just to elaborate, there is a Email confirmation when saving? option on the Add/Edit Contacts screen. If this is enabled and you click Save & Email after making changes, both yourself and the contact will receive a notification (assuming there's a valid email address assosciated with the Method contact). - Ashur

I would like to modify the email that goes out through the New Activity screen.  Specificaly I would like to add an additional field to the "subject line".  How do I find the actual email template that I want to make a copy of and modify? Jo  

When an email is sent using the Send Email action within Method, does Method keep track of the sent emails?  If Method does keep track, where do I look to find the sent emails?  If Method doesn't, is this a situation for the Outlook plugin?

NOVA Sales, You may just need to regenerate the table. To do so, go to Customize>Tables/Fields and click Edit Fields... on the NOVAEvents table. Click Finished Editing Fields. Does this solve the issue? If not, please email me the name of the screen that you are working on and I will take a look.  Jason
