Shawn, I was able to duplicate this but I think it may have to do with how the address is entered in QB. I will test this further and get back to you. -Michael

sloturtle- Are you using QuickBooks desktop or QuickBooks online? Where is it showing the Company name? Is this on a certain screen or template(Invoice/Estimate/etc...)? You could create a new field in Method to store the website or a new QuickBooks custom field to store the website at the customer level. -Michael

When I create an invoice in Method, it pulls the customer address correctly from the customer record.  If I then go to QBO and save the invoice (editing only a custom field), when I return to the Method invoice, the City, State and Zip concatenate and populate in the BillAddressAddress2 or BillAddressAddress3 instead of staying in the City, ...

Thought I would share an update on getting UOM on my Estimate and SO line items working correctly... When syncing with QB, Method was having a conflict trying to map 'By the bag' or 'By the gallon' UOM. It was trying to map and sync the UOM on an Item using these phrases rather than the 'bag' or 'gallon' ...

SWEET! Thanks so much, constructively might help in an update to put in parethesis (active and inactive) but reading it now that i know it, i kind of see to you guys that's probably common sense but I couldn't figure it out!

MisterBill- Choose the Shared Customer Contacts filter view on the customer list screen, it should display both active and inactive customers. -Michael

MisterBill- It could be that you do not have your Activity Status Type setup correctly for your Activity Statuses. To change this go to the New Activity Screen and click ... next to the Activity Status drop down.
