lpierpont- I just created a copy of the CRM_ActivitiesList screen and on Step 5 of 9 when editing the grid I set it to 'Editing takes place directly in the grid' and I was able to make changes right in the grid. How do I get the New Activity screen to show me a drop down of customer company names (i.e. the list name in QuickBooks) rather than the contact's name?  I added a drop down box for Entity but then the contact info doesn't fill in below. 

On the Activities List, in the grid, i have set it up to allow editing directly in the grid.  But I can't edit the comments area and I don't see how to save it once I have edited it.
